Local Favorite

 

Chris tied for Favorite Chiropractor in Jonesboro!! How much of an accomplishment is that to have only been here 6 months and win! I am BEYOND estatic for him/us/the practice! I just wanted to brag a little and share with everyone!

kansas city, kansas city here I come.....

We went back "home" in April for a seminar. We got to meet up with friends and just enjoy being back in KC. We miss it sooo much!

Yay me!

At the beginning of the year I had a goal to run in all the 5k's Jonesboro had. So I started running in Feb and couldn't run for over 3 minutes at a time. I just kept at it and sure enough have no problem running now. I am soooo proud of myself! The 1st race I did was this morning and I came in 3rd in my age division with 30:40!!
GOOOOO ME!!

Now my next goal is to run the 1/2 marathon in Wynne in November. I hope I can do it!!! I know it seems crazy to go from 3 miles to 13 but I am excited about this goal!! So I am putting it out there and want everyone to hold me accountable for it!
